01Can I just try it for free?
Yes — the Free tier is a real plan, not a trial: 50 reviews a month across two repositories, the default three-reviewer panel, no credit card, no time limit. Upgrade only if you want more repos, more reviews, or the custom panel.
02What's a 'review'?
One full panel run on one pull request: GitHub webhook in, specialist reviewers run, one clean GitHub review out. Quotas reset each calendar month.
03What is BYO OpenRouter?
On Pro and up, you can store your own encrypted OpenRouter key. Model spend is billed directly to your OpenRouter account, and reviews become uncapped (you pay model costs). The PR Quorum per-seat fee covers orchestration, deduping, the dashboard, and the review UX — it is not refunded when you bring your own key.
04What are quiet, balanced, and paranoid modes?
Severity sensitivity presets. Quiet is conservative, balanced is the default, and paranoid is for deep scans on risky changes.
05What does "custom reviewer panel" mean (Pro)?
Enable any of the 8 catalog reviewers, build fully custom agents (your own name, system prompt, focus, and model — up to 20 per panel), swap models per reviewer, and configure per-path rules in the dashboard or your .ai-review.yml.
06Does PR Quorum approve or block PRs?
PR Quorum is advisory by design. Reviews are posted as 'COMMENT', the verdict is a signal, and humans keep merge control.
07How does per-seat pricing work?
Pro is $12 per developer per month; Team is $25 per developer per month. You pay for the developers in your workspace. Review quotas are per seat and pool across the workspace — Pro gives 150 reviews/seat/mo, Team 300/seat/mo, so a 5-seat Team workspace shares 1,500 reviews a month.
08What's the Team plan vs. Pro?
Both are per-seat with everything an individual or small team needs. Team adds governance: members & roles, an audit log, outbound webhooks, saved views, and priority support — plus a higher per-seat review quota.
09What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a guided rollout for orgs that need SSO/SAML, self-host support, an SLA, a security review, and custom limits. Contact sales and we will map the rollout with you.
010What happens at the quota limit?
PR Quorum stops before spending more — the skipped run shows an out-of-reviews notice on the PR check and in the dashboard, so nothing fails silently. Upgrade to lift the limit immediately; the next run checks the latest subscription at runtime.
