Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Quorum (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Quorum runs a configurable panel of AI reviewers on pull requests in repositories you authorize. We post review summaries and inline comments back to your repositories on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the code, configuration, and credentials you authorize the Service to access.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to interfere with the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your team's access.
4. AI output
AI reviewer output is informational and should not be relied upon as a substitute for human judgment. Findings may include false positives, miss real issues, or misunderstand intent. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
5. Service updates
We continuously improve the Service. Features, quotas, provider integrations, and interface details may evolve, and we will handle customer data and settings with reasonable care during changes.
6. Fees
Pricing tiers and quotas are described on the pricing page and in your dashboard. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for paid plans.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and deleting your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
